This program is suitable for individuals who are able to get down onto the floor and perform exercises on the floor comfortably and safely.

Move, Walk, and Live Without Knee Pain

Are you ready to walk, climb stairs, and enjoy your favourite activities without knee pain?

I’ve worked with people experiencing many different knee conditions, including:

  • Rheumatoid arthritis

  • Post–knee surgery recovery

  • Chronic or unexplained knee pain

Despite different diagnoses, most people share the same pattern:

  • Fear of hurting themselves again

  • Little understanding of how to move correctly

  • Over-compensating because they don’t know how to properly use their lower body muscles

 

When the muscles aren’t working together efficiently, the knee joint takes unnecessary strain.

Why This Exercise Program Is Different

This is not about doing more exercises, It’s about doing the right exercises, in the right order, with the right intention.

I created a simple, accessible 3-week exercise program designed to help you:

  • Reduce knee strain

  • Improve mobility and control

  • Build strength without fear

  • Re-learn how to move your body safely and confidently

 

The program includes:

  • A clear PDF guide

  • Demonstration videos for every exercise. The demonstration videos are partially follow-along, allowing you to move at a comfortable pace while still having time to focus on technique and body awareness.

  • A structured progression that’s easy to follow at home

Equipment 

This program is designed to be as equipment-free as possible.
All you need, is one of these items below:

  • A cross ball

  • A tennis ball

  • A foam roller

When Zara offered me two days a week for an hour for exercise, I accepted, but I thought how can I exercise with my excess weight, long working hours, fatigue and impatience. Even if I do it, there is no result, but Zara worked with me in such a way that not only did I not get tired, I did the exercises with full enthusiasm and without negative thoughts, and the most interesting thing is that after 6 sessions, I was able to go up and down the stairs without holding my hand, and my knee pain improved.To the point where I can walk easily and most importantly, I felt good about myself.
