By improving her squat, we’ve focused on increasing her mobility, protecting her joints and muscles, and improving the quality of her movement. This has helped reduce chronic pain like lower back discomfort, knee pain, and hip pain. As you can see, Diane is now more stable in her squat, with less pressure on her knees and reduced compression on her lower back. Our main goal is to create balance in her muscles, joints, and posture, so she can do more physical activity without flaring up any pain.

Zara has been an amazing teacher/trainer.
