Client agrees to either secure reasonable insurance coverage to cover any costs, losses, damages or expenses, including legal fees, which may be incurred as a result of the Services or if no insurance is secured, Client waives its right to seek legal recourse against Provider for compensation. This clause survives the expiration or early termination of this Agreement.
